KIDS YOGA
Connection and movement help lay down a foundation of calm and focus for learning.
Our classes are fun and engaging as we explore yoga fundamentals and start the journey of self awareness and mindfulness for our young ones.
Yoga helps kids:
- Physically through building strength, balance, coordination and flexibility
- Emotionally through introducing breath awareness in a fun way to calm the body and mind
- Builds social skills and a sense of belonging with group activities and learning to interact with others
- Builds confidence trying new skills, body awareness and a positive self-image.
CHAKRADANCE KIDS™ WELLBEING PROGRAM - NAGA'S CURSE SERIES
It's time to ignite the imagination and explore through creativity. We bring to life stories through movement and art whilst learning social and emotional lessons, mindfulness techniques like belly breathing and visualisation.
Our 9-week Naga's Curse series follows the story of Naga, our friendly dragon who has been cursed, losing all of his colour and forgetting who he is! Week by week, the children journey through the rainbow stories to find their magic and help break the curse.
