TERMS AND CONDITIONS as at August, 2023_FOR CLASSES
Ray of Sunshine 4 Kids and Chakradance Kids™ with Bronwyn is a product of ‘the Business’ Ray of Sunshine Yoga ABN 57230923148 and as such personal information is shared and held by the Business. The following items apply to the parent/guardian's consent to child’s participation in classes.
I agree to my child’s participation in classes.
I will fully disclose any health-related issues or conditions that may in any way impact the child's ability to participate in the classes.
I understand that facilitators take all reasonable care to ensure that classes are fun and safe. However, I understand that my child will be engaging in some physical activity that may involve some small risk of injury.
In the extremely unlikely event of injury or emergency, the Facilitator or class Assistant will immediately attempt to contact me and/or my nominated emergency contact. I consent to the Facilitator administering basic first aid to my child, and if necessary, contacting emergency services.
I understand that payment will be made prior to the first scheduled class, as per the terms negotiated with the Facilitator. A 2.2% booking fee applies to payments via credit card or EFTPOS. To be entitled to an advertised early bird rate, bookings must be completed by 5pm on the advertised date and funds received no later than 48hrs after this date.
Minimum numbers are required for classes to proceed. The Business has the right to change locations and times to the schedule as and when required. A minimum notice period of 48hrs will be given and if new arrangements are unsuitable, a pro-rate refund will be issued for the remaining part of the term.
Classes are run as a series for the term so no refunds are available for unattended classes. Where availability exists, a make-up class may be arranged (possibly on another day at another locations) however cannot be guaranteed. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis and in the event of unexpected illness or life events. A $50 cancellation fee may apply in these circumstances.
At times, supportive and appropriate touch for modifying postures may be part of the class.
(a)The Facilitator fully reserves the right to cancel the participation of any child who proves to be consistently disruptive during class or is disrespectful to other children, the Facilitator or class Assistant. Abusive language and aggressive behaviour, including bullying towards other children will not be tolerated in any capacity.
(b) The Facilitator will make this determination during the first three weeks of classes. In the event that the child is deemed unsuitable to attend further classes, the total payment made to date will be returned, minus a non-refundable $50 fee.
By registering for classes, I, as parent and/or guardian of the child identified, acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
