Chakradance Kids™ with Bronwyn - Term 1, 2025 Silkwood School (P-Yr3)

Chakradance Kids is a magical, interactive wellbeing program for children in Prep to Year 3. The 9-week program addresses social and emotional learning through story-telling, movement and art, all to especially composed music. Children are introduced to many characters from wolves and mermaids to deers and eagles as they journey through these stories with Naga, the friendly dragon who has lost his way and needs the help of his friends to find himself again. Themes incorporated include trusting your body instincts, managing emotions, speaking your truth, finding new perspectives and more. Mindfulness techniques such as belly breaths and meditation are interwoven in classes, adding to your little one's wellness toolkit. See below for term details.
