Whilst waiting for my coffee near the creek this morning, a river mouth out to the sea, I looked up to see a flock of four black swans gracefully land, and after a gentle cruise upstream, they then settled in to sun bake on the shore, not far from an audience.
I had just paused my podcast I had been listening to that spoke to our healing and creating journey through peace, love and power so I suppose it was no coincidence when I needed a reminder of the black swan symbolism that it read as follows:
“Black Swan is a graceful reminder to move from any position where you feel powerless and at the mercy of external forces; it is time to reclaim your personal power. Remember – these guys have no natural predators, so in theory, you are safe! Black Swan carries a confronting truth – you create your own ‘victimhood’. Own this, and you are empowered to move through it and change any disadvantageous situation.”

You create your own victimhood just as you create your own reality and it is this reminder, that we are, at all times, in POWER over the choices that we make that creates our world, how we feel about it and the actions we take.
Much Love x
