Chakradance Kids™ Wellbeing Classes - STORY-TELLING, MOVEMENT, MINDFULNESS AND ART! Namiko the Moon Fin, goes on a journey of self-discovery after her emotional outbursts get the better of her. Perfect for ages 5-10yrs old. We explore how our emotions feel in our body (particularly if we bottle them up!) and how breath work and movement can be such a powerful way to move them on. We use the flow of water with our imagination to wash away our worries and get playful, adventuring out on the waves with our sea creatures in the story of Namiko and The Storm Wave. 🐬🧜‍♀️🐳 Through creativity and imagination, our lessons ignite children's journey of self-discovery and build skills to help build resilience. Chakradance Kids™ is a 9-week wellbeing program addressing social and emotional learning for ages 5-9years. This holiday workshop is a perfect opportunity to experience all the elements of a CDK class including the wonderful magic of story-telling, movement, mindfulness and art! Minimum numbers are required for the class to proceed.
